This was a gift for a friend who was a

fan of

the tv show

"

ANTED

"

that

featured a bar called "The Chowder

Barge" (which is a real restaurant in

Southern California) and was intended

to be kitschy, as if it were sold in a

cheap souvenir shop.

The miniature

was created from FIMO

clay

over a wire

frame

and

placed on

a

bamboo place

mat

& board

cut to size,

to mimic the

dock around the barge.
